First run of the week.

6.0 miles up memory grove.
It's been raining and snowing all week. this is the first day I've had a chance to run. I ran slow and my foot hurt pretty bad the first mile. I averaged 8.41 minute miles (sad) But i'm glad I went out. Really nice weather today.
