Furthest Run To Date

I ran 8.0 miles today.
I ran from work up through memory grove, over to the capital, then back over to 11th ave and back to work. Took me 1:04 That works out to be 8:00 minute miles! w00t w00t

It was pretty cold and windy, but sunny. On the downhill back to work I saw a guy in red shorts that looked to be moving pretty quick. I decided to catch him, I picked up my pace but never did catch him. He was pretty fast. If I see him again I plan on running him down!!!

About the 7th mile my legs started to complain pretty good, I need to run further more often.
