2nd Ride of the Year.

Trail: left side of City Creek
Dist: 9.1 miles

Nice Sunny day. I was a little sore from running my first 6:30sec mile yesterday.
The trail was full of hikers on the way up. I also ran accross a deer leg in the middle of the trail (gross!) Guess it's a good reminder there are Mountain Lions in the area.

I felt like stopping a few times, but didn't. Made it to the top with out any breaks. I forgot how much uphill that trail has. I made it up all the switch backs, infact my foot never set foot on any dirt until the top. The view was bla. to much polution to see much.

The down hill was great, fast and reckless once again. I only passed one couple hiking on the way down. I guess everyone was just out on there lunch breaks.

All in all a great ride.

PS, Glen is going to borrow my bike today for a ride, he says he forgot his, but happend to bring all his gear.... umm sound fishy : )
