7th 8th 9th and 10th ride, also lots of running. Big update
So I haven't updated my blog in a while. I've been keeping up with the running and biking. Doing the same routes has always. Nothing new really. I either run 6 or 8 miles. And I bike either 7 or 9 miles depending on which trail.
I got into the St George Marthon. So the real training starts now. I'm not really excited about it, but it will be a good goal to meet.
I did go trail running for the first time a week or so ago. that was really tough and a lot of fun!
